Here’s a quick, do-it-yourself massage for tension headaches.

Put two tennis balls into a sock and then tie off, so the two balls are side by side at the end of the sock.

Next, find a hard surface. You can use the floor. Or, for more comfort, place a book on a bed.

Put the sock and ball combo onto the book and then lie on your back so the nape of your neck sits on the tennis balls.

For the next five to ten minutes don’t move and presto! Your headache will lessen or even go away.
