Use your tongue to clear a stuffy nose.
You can clear a nose stuffed from a cold or sinus problems by using your tongue.
Push your tongue up against the roof of your mouth. At the same time, press a finger between your eyebrows. Hold that pressure for about 20 seconds and you should feel some relief. The pressure on the vomer bone along your nasal passages should help loosen the congestion in your sinuses and help them drain.
Getting your nose clear is a good quick fix. If the stuffiness continues or is accompanied by pain, see your doctor to find out if it is a more serious infection.
