Halloween involves a lot of walking, so use the extra cardio to your advantage.
Use trick-or-treating and Halloween party games as an excuse to get the recommended 60 minutes of physical activity for children, and 30 minutes a day for adults.
To get a little extra workout in there, walk the route beforehand. It’ll also serve as a way to look for tripping hazards you may miss in the dark.
